The 2011 Midwinter Youth Retreat (Feb. 11-13 at Cedar Lakes near Ripley, WV) is now open for registration.  Downloadable forms to promote the event and forms for the youth and adults who will attend are available now at our Youth and Post-High Page. 

Please note that Post-High attendees do not need to complete the youth forms, but we do need the adult forms from them promptly, and all congregations are reminded of the need for adult chaperones at the event (at least 1 for every congregation, and an additional one for every additional 6 youth attending).

We hope you will help us spread the word, and remind everyone in your church that around Jan. 1 we will have online registration and payment available at the same site.  We look forward to a great time for friends at Midwinter!
